How to Submit Your Race Results

Submitting your results is optional at the new Spacebib platform, but we strongly encourage you to do so as your effort will definitely inspire others in our community towards their fitness journey.

Our goal is always to inspire everyone to get active and live a healthy lifestyle. No man or woman is an island so this is why we have used social medias and technology to connect and create an inclusive and encouraging community.

Choose any of the following available options to submit your results easily and mingle with like-minded friendly people.

Post in our Facebook Group Page

After purchasing a race product, join our Facebook Group Page by clicking here.

Post to our Facebook Group Page - Spacebib Runners once your race is completed. Feel free to be creative with your post. Share a screenshot/photo/video of your results, your experience and any finisher selfies with thousands of group members. Please share where you are from or where you are doing your race in your post too.

PS: Please ensure that you have used the same email address to request to join our group for verification.

Post your photo on Instagram with our hashtag

Make sure to tag us @spacebib when posting your results/experiences!

(Remember to include #spacebib and/or the official race hashtag indicated at the event page.)

If you don't have a social media account, you can submit your race results to us via our contact form.

However, it's mandatory to include a photo of you wearing the race apparel in clear and high resolution if you wish to be featured.

For this method, you agree that we can feature and post your race photos on any of our official social media channels.

1. What are the changes for the new Spacebib platform?

To improve our services to our users, we have made several new changes and upgrades to a new platform as well as our services.

Your account on the new Spacebib platform will operate individually and will not be linked to the old Spacebib platform.

2. Do I need to create a new Spacebib account to join the race or purchase the race items on the new Spacebib platform?

Creating an account is optional but we encouraged to do so as you can keep track of your order history.

Meanwhile, your account on the old and new Spacebib platform will not be linked as they are two different platforms.

3. How do I join an online race or challenge?

When you purchased a race item, you would have automatically been enrolled into the race or challenge that the race item belongs to. You can then proceed to complete the race with the indicated methods.

4. What are the available items for a race?

The race items available for purchase are all listed in the bottom section of the race page.

Please scroll down the page to view them.

You can then add all the race items you wish to purchase to your cart for checkout.

5. When should I complete the race and submit the result?

You are encouraged to follow the recommended race period and follow it through to complete the race at your own convenience at any location. Remember discipline is the key here to achieve your fitness goal.

After you have completed the race, use the available result submission options indicated to submit your results.

6. How should I complete the race?

You can complete your race by tracking the designated distance using any fitness devices, apps, or any exercise machines, such as a treadmill.

Any activities are acceptable as long as you get active!

7. What are the benefits of the result submission method?

The new method of posting your race results via our social media channels is a good way to share and inspire your active journey with the community. Your action can motivate others to achieve their fitness goal, and you can help contribute in building a global healthy and inclusive community.


Periodically, we will also feature selected posting on our website and official social media accounts.

8. When will I get my race items?

We understand you're excited to receive your race items, but please bear with us as we prioritise sustainability and eco-friendliness.

Our products are made from recycled materials and printed to order using low waste technology to prevent wastage.

As a result, it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered, including a processing period of 1 week.

During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Thank you for your patience and support in our efforts to protect the environment.

9. Can I buy multiple race items across different races in bulk?

Yes. You can add to cart as many race items as you wish across any races in as many available quantity as you wish and checkout in a single order.

10. Is it mandatory to complete the race in order to receive the race items?

You will receive your race items regardless if you have complete the race or not. However, you are strongly encouraged to be disciplined and complete the race within the race period. Nothing is more rewarding than celebrating the achievement of your goal.
