Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Self-postage return to Singapore
Return your parcel at your own cost using your preferred carrier. The shipping cost will be determined by the carrier. Please send us a receipt or tracking number so we can monitor the return. Include your order number and details inside your parcel and return it to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us If you need to return a faulty or incorrect item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or discount, bundle offers, or those acquired using gift cards. Additionally, any items received for free as part of a promotion are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the new item will require the same production time. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a new order for the exchange with a payment link for the shipping fee. The exchange period is still subject to 14 days from the date you received your original order. You'll be responsible for the shipping cost to send you the new item.

Refunds
Your refund will be processed and credit to you in a form of Store Credit Coupon as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and it is confirmed that it fully meets our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less.

Once the return has been approved, then your refund which is the same value of the products paid will be processed in the form of Store Credit Coupon which will be emailed to you within 7 days.

Do note that shipping fee is not refundable.

For further information and especially if you do not receive your Store Credit Coupon within 21 business days after your returned product is received by us, please contact us at support@spacebib.com.

The Store Credit Coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and it is not exchangeable for any cash.

We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than spacebib.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Sale, bundle or promotional items.

Why was my order cancelled?
Sometimes we have to cancel orders. This can be due to a number of reasons, including:

  • Stock availability. It is most likely that your size ran out of stock before we could process your order.
  • Payment issues. Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payment details.
  • Delivery address issues. You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we couldn’t process.
  • Product/Race termination.
  • You will not be charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.

In order to get a clear understanding why your order was cancelled we recommend you to contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you.
